What we were thinking
Unlike our Espresso bar, which leans dark, rich, and roast-heavy, Morning Coffee was built to feel more like modern craft coffee.
Brighter. Fruitier. Lighter on its feet.
Less “late-night espresso,” more that first really good cup in the morning where you suddenly remember coffee can taste like actual fruit.
How we did it
We paired bright coffee notes with Guatemalan cacao carrying subtle bitter orange peel undertones that naturally play well together without fighting for attention.
The result lands somewhere between brewed coffee, dark chocolate, and citrus peel - layered, aromatic, and noticeably light.
The TL;DR

Fruity, aromatic, lightly roasty, and built more like a modern coffee experience than a traditional mocha.
