Every week we are asked for 100% Dark Chocolate, or Unsweetened Chocolate in general. We’ve been telling customers to “hang tight, it’s coming soon” for years.

Why did it take so long? The truth is, we taste every single chocolate that comes through our shop before sugar is added to the equation, and nothing ever hit the right spot for us.

We spent a lot of time planning out this Collection, and we truly believe we nailed it. Approachable unsweetened chocolate that can be eaten by anyone that is used to eating dark chocolate without making “that face.” You know what face we’re talking about.
