Our Wine and Spirit infusions are carefully selected to go together. Our cacao beans are infused with the beverage of choice for anywhere from a few days to over a week until the flavors are just right, then refined for 3+ days just like all of our chocolate, to create a silky smooth and perfectly flavored experience.

Please note that our Wine and Spirit infusions are not “boozey chocolates.” They are infused with the flavors, but the alcohol is evaporated out.
