This bar is a smooth, dark-milk chocolate that sits somewhere between milk and dark—rich, creamy, and not too sweet. We’ve used our A2 Grass-Fed Organic Milk for a decadently creamy texture that’s balanced with the cacao’s natural flavors.

The beans come from the Sierra Nevada region in Arauca, Colombia, and they bring a subtle mix of fudge and cashew flavors, with a mild cherry-walnut finish that lingers. It’s a straightforward, comforting chocolate, easy to eat, and hard to put down.
